  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or from your account dashboard on our website.


❗ Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs or postal issues (for APO/FPO addresses)
  • Carrier delays (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS)

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

PowerPlug Hub is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or use a secure delivery location.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of delayed scans
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Contact us for further assistance

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will:

  • Notify you via email
  • Offer to reship (additional shipping fees may apply)
  • Optionally, issue a refund minus the original shipping cost

📦 Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package, if applicable.


🌍 APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We do ship to military addresses. Please ensure correct formatting for faster delivery. Note that these may take longer than regular shipping.


🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes (if any)

For U.S. orders, no additional customs duties apply. If we expand internationally in the future, all import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
